During my recent stay at this remarkable hotel in Puerto Natales, I was genuinely impressed by how it exceeded my high expectations in every regard. The staff was incredibly accommodating, promptly assisting me with heating issues in my room, which made my stay all the more comfortable. I also appreciated the shared kitchen facilities; it allowed me to experiment with local ingredients and create my own meals while enjoying the close proximity of delightful restaurants like Restaurante Kosten and Lenga. The hotel's location, just a short stroll from the stunning waterfront, offered serene views that were a balm to my spirit. My experience here was nothing short of exceptional, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough to those seeking comfort, warmth, and a touch of local charm.
